Why do I have a previous balance when I know I sent in my payment?

The late notice may have been printed and sent before we received and processed the payment. Call our office and we will help you solve the problem.

Why is my bill so much?

There could be serveral reasons.  Due to temperature and weather changes you may have used more electricity or gas than usual.  

Due to human error the meter could have been misread.  We will gladly reread your meter to correct the problem.
